Sugar Snap Pea & Mushroom Saute

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 oz mini bella mushrooms
  • 3 cups sugar snap peas
  • 3/4 white onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp coconut amino
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a saute pan on medium high
  • Add mushrooms, snap peas, and white onion.  Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garlic.  Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add coconut amino.  Cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Garnish with red pepper flakes.
