In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
In a stand mixer, add bananas, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Combine the dry and wet ingredients. Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Fill the donut pan with the mixture.
Bake for 20-24 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Place donuts on a wire cooling rack with paper towel underneath it.
